Big game here, LETS GO BILLS!!

Ok so I am back from my vacation and with that, I am back to making some bold predictions for the Buffalo Bills!!!!
Now my prediction for this game is with the understanding that Roscoe and Trent are in and Schobel and McGee are out, so with that here are my thoughts for the game tomorrow….
Phillip Rivers is one of the elite quarterbacks in the league. I defiantly give him the edge over Trent. This is the type of quarterback that I think Trent Edwards can become, high percentage passer who doesn’t make mistakes and can make the big play when called upon.
EDGE: Chargers
LT is all I have to say. He is the best running back that I have seen since the sweet Barry Sanders. He just does so much when he gets the ball and makes it look so easy. Marshawn is defiantly a top 5 or 10 back, but this is one of those weeks where that just isn’t good enough to get the edge.
EDGE: Chargers
The Chargers are looking like they are going to be without Chris Chambers for this game, but they still have quality receivers and they also have one of the top TE’s in the league in Antonio Gates. I like the Bills receivers a lot this year, and adding Roscoe back to the mix will make a huge difference I hope. I think the depth of the Bills receivers give them the slight edge here.
EDGE: Bills
I will be honest, I don’t really know much about the individual Chargers offensive linemen, but they do a great job of protecting their QB, and pave the way for their RB’s to tear up big chunks of ground. I like the Bills pass protection for the most part, but they still haven’t gelled as much as I would have hoped to this point in the running game. Jason Peters is not playing like a pro bowl left tackle deserving a new huge contract right now.
EDGE: Chargers
Aaron Schobel is a huge blow for a defensive line that has played wonderfully for the most part this year. I know he doesn’t put up the numbers that a lot of people expect, but he does play very solidly over there and makes a lot of plays that get overlooked. Stroud if he is healthy runs this line, and the same can be said for Luis Castillo for the Chargers. He is a good DE that fits perfectly with their 3-4 defense.
EDGE: Bills
If Shawne Merriman were still healthy, the edge would easily go the Chargers because with Shaun Phillips on the other side of him, they would create a very scary duo of linebackers, but he isn’t healthy. And I think the Bills have a pretty scary duo of linebackers in Poz and Mitchell.
EDGE: Bills
Jammer and Cromartie for the Chargers pose a very big challenge for the Bills because they both can play shut down corner if they are on their game. Last week Jammer shut down Randy Moss without any problems, and I still remember seeing Cromartie make Peyton Manning look horrible last year. Without McGee, it is hard to give the edge to the Bills even though I like our safeties better then the Chargers.
EDGE: Chargers
If Roscoe is truly back and can go back to being the scary punt returner he is, then this battle just got a little more interesting. Darren Sproles is the Chargers return man and he is a quick son of a gun. He has a 103 yard kickoff return so far this year, so we know he is dangerous. I like our kickers more then theirs, which I think gives us a nice little edge here.
EDGE: Bills
In the coaching department Norv Turner is a solid coach, who has finally allowed his assistants some space to do things they want to do. Dick Jauron has to be easily a coach of the year canidate. I like what both coaches are doing so far, and I think this one is really close, but I think Jauron has done a better job so far getting the most out of his team..
EDGE: Bills
So if I have counted correctly I have the positonal battle standings being 5-4, with the Bills holding a slight edge. Now I think this game is going to….get this…..come down to the 4th quarter. I think that if Trent Edwards and the Bills offense can control the ball in this game, then this game is going to be a very winnable game. If the opposite happens and this game turns into a shootout, the Chargers have much more firepower on their side. The defense needs to play a lot better then what I saw in the highlights against the Cardinals to maintain their perch as a top tier defense this year.
I think this game is going to start off with a bang from the Bills, who will be taking advantage of a west coast team having to come to the east coast fresh off an exhausting must win game for them. The Bills used the bye to get healthy and I think a Trent Edwards to Roscoe connection is going to occur somewhere in this game to give the Bills a nice lift.
So with the I am going to call this game a much closer then the scoreboard shows, 28-17 victory for the Bills with Marshawn getting 2 touchdowns, Trent sneaking for one and throwing one to Josh Reed to get the needed points. I am going to say that the score with be within 7 in the final 4 minutes, and just when all of Buffalo is one edge of their chairs, Leodis McKelvin is going to pick off a Rivers pass and take it the other way to set up the clinching touchdown run by Edwards…..wow I am starting to get really specific in some of these posts… GO BILLS!!!!
