I have to agree with this decision. Joe was a victim of a long standing tradition in Buffalo. This kind of stuff has been going on for a long time and has been one of the main reasons that the city is in such disarray. Everybody’s scratching everybody’s back. Patronage jobs have been the norm.

It’s refreshing to see that at least some of the politicians in Buffalo are not just turning a “blind eye” on this kind of thing anymore. Maybe it’s a sign of things to come.
